Holiday rental | The Gîte Ti Kaz Moringa is in the centre of Saint-Louis, a pretty little town on the south west coast, in a strategic location for a holiday on Reunion Island.

The gite is close to the Route de Cilaos (Piton des Neiges, Cirque of Cilaos), the Plaine des Cafres (Volcano), the Grand Sud, and also near the island’s most beautiful beaches.

The gite is at the end of a side street, in a peaceful location. It is a completely detached house surrounded by a pretty Creole garden. Just 200 m away from the town centre, there is a footpath at the bottom of the garden that lead to the church square, near all shops and amenities.

The Gîte Ti Kaz Moringa is a traditional Creole house from the 1970s, that was completely renovated at the end of 2019 and is equipped for 4 people.

In the gite there is a living area, 2 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink unit, bed and bath linen is provided. Parking.
 
Cleaning fee: A flat fee of €50 per stay applies.
Electricity usage: 8 kWh per day is included in the rate for your stay. Beyond this limit, any additional usage will be billed at a rate of €0.21 per kWh. The calculation will be based on the electricity meter readings taken upon your arrival and departure.
Environmental Responsibility: To minimize unnecessary energy consumption, please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the accommodation.
