Camping | Sitting above the unspoiled village of Les Makes, Kaz Insolite offers accommodation in transparent bubbles under the stars.
They seem to melt into the forest full of cryptomerias and different endemic plants. Just two minutes from the heart of the Reunion Island National Park and rising to 1,500 meters above sea level, this type of unusual accommodation is also known as "glamping", a term derived from contracting the words "camping" and "glamour".
The pods are ideal for a romantic night for lovers but also a unique place for families to enjoy.
"Spend a night under the stars in a transparent bubble" - this is what Kaz Insolite offers visitors
To complete the cosmic experience, Kaz Insolite also holds "Unusual Astronomy" evenings with Makes Astro once or twice a month. Outdoor astronomers will be transported by the mysterious charm of the stars and learn how to recognise them. A telescope will be available which an experienced astronomer will use to point out different celestial bodies: star clusters, nebulae, supernova remnants and galaxies.
